Para nosotros ha sido maravilloso, la comida excepcional y gracias a la recomendación de Álvaro, nos sugirió una ensalada de tomate con burrata y un lomo bajo que se deshacía en la boca ( poco hecho como me gusta ). Para más inri nos ofreció probar una pata estofada con carne, buenísima. El salón es acogedor y muy tranquilo, con un ambiente rústico. Álvaro gracias por tu atención que es de agradecer..

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Una joya en Arganda del Rey. Comer en Alambique ha sido un auténtico placer. La comida espectacular, con sabor, mimo y presentación. Cada plato sorprende, y se nota el cuidado en los detalles. El ambiente es acogedor y el servicio de diez: atentos, rápidos y muy amables. Sin duda, un sitio al que volver una y otra vez. Muy recomendable si quieres disfrutar de buena cocina en un entorno agradable.

Tradición que se renueva… y sorprende Con carta, menú especial y menú del día, lo difícil es elegir. Pero esta vez apostamos por el menú… y ¡vaya acierto! Sabores potentes, producto mimado y una cocina que respeta la tradición mientras le da un giro actual. El relevo generacional se nota: se mantiene el alma del restaurante, pero con una frescura que engancha. Servicio cercano, tiempos perfectos y ese gusto por hacer las cosas bien.
